Refund policy

We are sure you will love your new Pipi Swimwear purchase, however, if there is something not quite right we do have a returns policy. 

You must contact us within 7 days, and return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please check your order before removing tags, wearing or washing the item/s. 

Note: swimwear is only to be tried over your child's nappy or underwear for sanitary reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items are returned in their original, clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging are attached and undamaged
  • Items are in perfect re-saleable condition (if not faulty)

We will refuse a return of any item where it appears that the above conditions have not been followed. 

To start a return, you can contact us at pipiswimwear@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs except in the case of wrong or faulty items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned order at our Pipi Swimwear warehouse, your return will be processed within 5 business days. An email will be sent to you once this process is completed. Please note that during peak periods the returns process may be delayed.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We apologise if this happens!

Please email the following details to pipiswimwear@gmail.com:

  • your name and order number, 
  • photos of incorrect or faulty items with tags attached
  • a short description of the problem.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept return on;

  • Sale items, unless the item is faulty
  • Change of mind 

 

Exchanges
We are happy to provide an exchange for incorrect sizing or a faulty item. 

We understand that choosing the right size can be tricky, so please refer to our Pipi Swimwear sizing guide to help you. We may not always have the size you need to exchange for in stock so please choose carefully. If we do not have the size you need to exchange for, we offer a store credit or refund for the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping). The store credit is valid for 6 months providing the item is returned in its original condition (as described above). 

 

Refunds
If you have requested a refund we will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your returned order and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund (minus shipping cost) will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. If AfterPay was used to make your purchase, 6% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
