Order processing times
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Your order is generally processed within 1-3 business days.
Please note that during peak periods, order processing may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding!
Shipping
We ship all orders with multiple courier services. Orders placed on our website can be shipped within Australia, and to New Zealand. If you are interested in shipping costs to another location, please contact us directly.
Australia: standard shipping will generally take 2-8 business days.
International: standard shipping will generally take 6-28 business days.
Please be aware that some delays may be inevitable. Up-to-date information on delivery times and disruptions are available on the Australia Post website.
Tracking details and shipping notifications will be sent to you from the courier service.
Shipping costs
Australia: we offer free standard shipping on orders $130 and over (including discounts). For orders under $130 you have the option of standard shipping for $10 or express shipping for $15 at checkout.
International: we offer standard shipping for $20. Please note that international orders may incur customs/duties fees. The customer is responsible for these fees, if applicable.
Delivery Issues
Pipi Swimwear is not responsible for the theft, damage, or loss of your parcel. If your parcel is returned to us due to customer error (i.e., wrong address) you will be required to pay the shipping cost again before your parcel is re-sent.
